Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 24, 2026

This policy explains what personal data Silva Tower collects through silvatower.com, why, who it is shared with, and the rights you have under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018). Each Silva Tower product has its own terms and privacy policy on its own site.

Who is responsible

Silva Tower is the controller of the personal data described here. For any question about this policy or your data, write to [email protected].

What we collect

When you use the contact form: your name, e-mail address, company (optional), whether you are interested as a potential customer or partner, and your message.

When you browse the site: your IP address is processed briefly to protect the form against abuse (it is not stored with your message), your language choice is kept in a cookie, and Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits without cookies and without identifying you.

Why we use it

Only to answer you and follow up on what you asked for: we reply to your message, and we record it as a lead in our own CRM so the conversation is not lost while we talk about a product or a partnership. We send you one confirmation e-mail when you write to us. We do not add you to newsletters or marketing lists.

Legal basis: carrying out preliminary steps related to a contract at your request, and our legitimate interest in answering whoever contacts us (LGPD, art. 7, V and IX).

Who we share it with

Your message is stored in our database and in Tower Skopos, the CRM we build and operate ourselves. Both run on Microsoft Azure in Brazil (Brazil South region).

E-mails (the confirmation to you and the notice to our team) are delivered through Amazon Web Services (Amazon SES) in the United States. This international transfer happens only to deliver those e-mails, under the provider's contractual safeguards (LGPD, art. 33).

We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not share it with anyone else.

How long we keep it

For as long as the conversation and any relationship that comes out of it last. A lead nobody acts on is closed automatically after 30 days without interaction, and you can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us to confirm whether we hold your data, give you access to it, correct it, delete it, port it, tell you who it was shared with, and you can object to its use (LGPD, art. 18). You can also complain to the ANPD, Brazil's data protection authority.

To exercise any of them, write to [email protected].

Cookies

The site sets one cookie, st_lang, which remembers the language you chose. The operator area uses a session cookie for signed-in staff only. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
