Tower Pass

From scattered information to demonstrable compliance

Tower Pass brings together data on sites, products, lots, suppliers, regulations and documents to turn requirements into verifiable evidence — for customers, auditors, certification bodies and regulated markets.

The problem it solves

Companies answer customers, inspections, certifications, audits and importers with documents scattered across departments and suppliers. The same information is requested again and again with no guarantee it is current — and legal obligations, contractual requirements and voluntary standards get mixed up. Tower Pass organizes everything around evidence: every claim carries its origin, date, scope and owner.

What it does

Environmental operations

Sites, licenses with a computed renewal deadline, license conditions, inspections, waste with MTR/CDF references, water, effluents, emissions and a GHG inventory.

Evidence Vault

Immutable, versioned evidence with a SHA-256 fingerprint, validity dates and confidentiality — nothing is ever silently overwritten.

Regulatory intelligence

A catalogue of regulations with official sources and a requirements matrix per product that shows the gaps and the evidence behind each requirement.

Digital product passport

A passport per product or lot with a QR code, showing public and restricted information to each audience.

Supply chain and circularity

Suppliers, NF-e invoice import, material and production lots with their documentary trail, and recycled content declared versus evidenced.

Audit, ESG and assistive AI

An independent audit room with sealed opinions, ESG indicators tied to evidence, and AI that suggests license conditions — always with human approval.

Who it's for

  • Manufacturers and exporters serving regulated markets
  • Companies with licensed sites and environmental obligations
  • Environmental, ESG and regulatory consultancies serving many clients
  • Auditors, certification bodies and trade associations

Frequently asked questions

How does Tower Pass prove compliance without overstating it?

It never labels something "compliant" just because a document was uploaded. Each requirement is shown as registered, internally validated, verified by a third party or accepted by an authority, and the requirements matrix shows gaps and attached or expired evidence — never a compliance verdict.

Can it trace materials and recycled content through the supply chain?

Yes. It imports NF-e XML invoices and checks the access key; invoice items become material lots, and each production lot shows its documentary trail from input to supplier and invoice, with the gaps. Recycled content is shown as declared and as evidence-backed — an internal indicator, never a claim that a legal target is met.

How are ESG indicators kept auditable?

Each indicator records its dimension (E/S/G), scope, methodology, framework reference (for example GRI 303-3) and owner. Yearly values keep the methodology version and carry evidence, and independent auditors sign opinions in a dedicated audit room that the audited company cannot edit.

Does Tower Pass use AI to certify compliance?

No. Its AI is assistive: it reads licence PDFs and suggests conditions with the verbatim text, page and confidence, flagging text it cannot find. Nothing the AI suggests becomes active until a person approves it, and every approval is recorded.
